Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone who's done it for years guiding you right from the start - me! You'll also have access to daily educational Livestreams in an app, an searchable databases of educational Livestreams that you can watch at any time, and our Facebook community for even more knowledge and support!
It depends on your goals! It's important to me that you're comfortable with the workout program and that we work within your lifestyle. That means if you prefer to workout at home, we'll set up a plan for you. There are multiple different workout programs to choose from and I coach resistance and weight training to get you the best results possible!
Yes! In order to work with me as your coach I will need you to be tracking your food via macros, which is just short for macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins). You will also have to track your water intake. We use an app that allows you to track your food and I will be there to help advise you through the process!
Results are very individualized. It all depends on various personal health factors, what your goals are, what your level of commitment is, and your consistency! We'll go at your pace...but how fast we get there depends on the time and effort you put in! I can give you the plan but YOU need to execute it!
Anyone can execute a workout program...but you cannot out-work bad nutrition! Food choices, portion control, learning how to navigate holidays/special events/eating meals out and eating for your goals is imperative if you want long term results - and not a quick fix!
Yes! I am also a wellness coach and take a lot of pride in helping you with your wellness from a broader lifestyle approach. We will discuss various factors including exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones (if applicable), supplement use, water intake, mindset, establishing healthy habits, etc. Achieving your goals is multi-faceted and we will look at different areas that can impact your progress, in order to get you the best results possible.
$12.99 a month, or $129.99 a year for the subscription to my coaching app. Yeah, there's no catch. I expect you to be invested in yourself, to trust in the program, and to follow through with the promise you made to yourself. I expect you to focus on the process, push yourself in your efforts, and have a willingness to learn.
I believe you need to be excited and passionate about your journey and you need to be interested in the process to get the best results from the program you're investing your time and energy into. I also believe the coach behind the program matters and there needs to be honesty and open communication between us to make a coach-guided fitness process successful! I want you to be happy, healthy, and accomplished; if that means working with me... outstanding! If not, that's okay, too! Not every program/coach is a universal fit. I also understand that tracking macros and weight/resistance training isn't for everyone!
