I have ten years of experience in law enforcement, 6 years experience as a fire fighter, and over 8 years and two combat tours in the army Army. I have over 20 years of my own training and weight loss knowledge and experience and was personally trained by a world record setting power lifter for over 8 years. I am a NETA certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Wellness Coach.
I work with first responders, veterans, and their families, helping them take control of their fat loss journey while navigating the stress and unpredictable nature of the job. This is where I dive deep into mindset and planning. I believe in teaching from experience and not relying solely on education, but instead using education to broaden my knowledge base and skills.
I believe that there needs to be a real person behind the program they coach and I follow the same program that I coach you with. Some people can navigate a written plan by themselves and be successful in a fat loss goal but most need a support system, an accountability partner, and a coach. I stay in contact, am available for questions, will hold you as accountable as needed, and will provide you weekly feedback as you progress through the program.
