At Joint Ops Fitness, it's my mission is to empower first responders, veterans, and their families to achieve their fat loss goals through a lifestyle approach to wellness. I believe that fitness is not just about physical strength and endurance, but also mental and emotional well-being. That's why I coach diversely on fitness, nutrition, supplementation, mindset, sleep hygiene, stress management, etc. Fat loss is impacted by more than just "clean eating and working out" and when healthy habits become a lifestyle: we see better long term results. I'm here to guide you to a healthier, happier you.

I am a NETA-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of my own training and weight loss knowledge and experience. I don't rely solely on education but instead will share what I've learned and experienced in my own health and fitness journey, to help you navigate your own path to happiness and fat loss success.
